As you may or may not know- I have a personal trainer and I am actually LOVING him. Well not him personally, but having a coach at the gym. I would love to share some of the things he has told me, and save you hundreds of dollars. I'll just do this every once in a while.
First Goal: Drink more water. He makes me drink 100 oz. of water a day. That is a LOT of water. I used to do it when I was nursing, but it is a really hard when you're not. At first you will be spending a LOT of time in the bathroom, but your bladder will eventually get used to it, and it's not that bad.
Start small. 100 oz. can be your final goal. For this week, just add an extra glass of water somewhere in your day. Maybe even measure your water tomorrow and the following day, up it by one glass. When I say measure, I just mean how many glasses you drank- Not the actual ounces.
So, for this week- More Water.
I FORGOT to mention a tip that totally works in water consumption. LEARN TO DRINK WATER AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. I hate cold water now. If I'm getting it out of the tap, I might microwave it for a couple seconds to warm it up. When it's room temp, you can chug it down. When it's cold, it will give you a brain freeze- so, you sip rather than chug= Less water.
